Portugal from the Sky is a surprising journey of discovery around Portugal, which is shown in an unexpected and revealing way, from the northeastern border to the faraway islands of the Atlantic archipelagos. It is an emotional journey that identifies Portugal´s landscapes, towns and cities and its main activities through a visual narrative of the heritage and contemporariness of the five mainland Administrative Regions and the two insular Autonomous egions (Madeira and Azores). For the first time ever, over 430 pictures capture the similarities and contrasts that characterise the wide diversity of our visual identity and show our heritage and the transformations that, calmly or impetuously, are taking place everywhere. Portugal from the Sky is an impressive, up to date record, an indispensable document to know and admire Europe´s westernmost country.
